Shipping and Returns

Due to the current regulatory environment, we do not currently nor have plans to ship our beer in the near term. You’ll just have to come visit our Ten Pin Tap Room in person to enjoy it. (And, watch our Trade page for a list of distributors in your area.)

We do sell and ship our Ten Pin branded merchandise domestically. In the case of shipping damage, please document the state of the packaging with photographs, as those images will assist in handling your claim with the shipper.

New merchandise may be returned within a thirty (30) day period, with return shipping at your expense. Items damaged during shipping are handled on a case-by-case basis. Whatever the reason for returning the item(s), please contact us in advance of sending your item back so we can coordinate the return.
